We planned a camping trip with Alan's friends to end our summer with a bang. Well maybe I should say Jeff planned the camping trip! You would think the wives would put things like this together but Jeff always takes matters into his own hands! We camped at Jordanelle and then boated the next day. Thanks to Tally for bringing a massive tent, however, the boys spent the whole night trying to set it up .
While Tally and Alan were trying to figure the tent out, Jeff and Blake took turns seeing how high they could jump...
And the girls watched and cheered them on.
After many attempts, they figured it out!
We sat around the campfire and listened to the guys tell the SAME stories for the billionth time. However, for some reason they still find them funny!
This is before we went to bed and the massive winds began. Thankfully our tent survived, but Mike did not survive on his cot.
The next day consisted of tube wars. Is it just me, or does anyone else get paranoid when their husband is getting recklessly pulled on a tube?
I love these girls!
We had a fabulous time and can't wait for many more years of traveling together!
