On Deacon's 7 Month Birthday we decided to hit up the local swimming pool that is right down the street from us. This was Deacon's first time actually getting in the water at the swimming pool.
We spent most of our time in the lazy river. Deacon just sat on the tube and enjoyed the ride. He was pretty indifferent about the water....actually I'm not sure he even comprehended he was in water. However, this is pretty much how he acts in the bath tub. Doesn't really show any enjoyment but doesn't hate it either. He is such an observer and just liked taking everything in.
We thought he might like touching the water in the kiddie pool until this happened....
Some kid sprayed us to death....not cool!
I think the highlight of the day was playing on the grass...typical! We are definitely looking forward to many more pool days this summer!

Ah man, not nice at all!!! But he looks super cute though when he's not getting drenched :)
