How is my baby boy growing up so fast?! I say this every month but I really can't believe it. Deacon has had a busy month growing and learning lots of new things. We had one of the worst weeks with him about a week ago with inconsolable crying every day. No clue what was up with that but he is back to himself again...thank goodness! We were missing our happy boy.
Loves the Bjorn but only facing outward
Enjoys walking the mall with his mom and friends 3 times a week
Went to all 3 meetings of church for the first time last week and loved it. He couldn't stop people watching!
HATES his carseat...I have tried everything and I'm getting desperate!
Goes to sleep around 9:30 and wakes up at 7:30
We can now lay him in his bed at night and he falls asleep on his own...we are loving this!
Sometimes takes a good nap during the day but mainly cat naps
Is going on his first plane ride to Florida in 2 weeks
Has a case of cradle cap that is making his hair fall out....NO!
Likes to be held over your shoulder so he can look around
Close to rolling from his tummy to his back
Loves to chew on his thumb and pointer finger and frequently gags himself
Loves looking at books and likes his new toy fish
Hates having his arms put through sleeves and is very dramatic about it
Loves playing with wash cloths. We always have a wash cloth handy when we change him and he has discovered it and loves playing with it and putting it in his mouth.
Spent two nights in his crib but is back in his pack and play due to my insecurity!
Somehow manages to rotate sideways at night while being swaddled
Starting to like pat-a-cake
Loves to squeal and is making all sorts of sounds
We sure love our little Deacon. I fall in love with this little guy more and more each day. He has the best temperament and the sweetest personality.
Here's to another great month and our first family vacation!
